Definitely find with self that I often miss the truest mark on my own journey of finding my own and recognizing other’s truth when intuition is ignored!

Life is giving me lessons right now on relying fully on my inner knowing. I have some friends who I would consider "Jedi's" when it comes to navigating with intuition. They all tell me the same two things: (1) Listen and act on your intuition, and (2) remember that it's trail and error. It takes practice.

A lovely summary and guidance Kevin. I listened to your voice for the first time today and found it soothing and reassuring on top of your words which always hit the mark. 😊

Thanks, Jo! I've been told I should record sleep meditations for others. I think that's a good thing to sound soothing? : )

"It’s important to notice the felt-sense of knowing that you know. As you take action and discover you were “on” with your intuition, note how that feels in your body, because you’ll begin to build familiarity that leads to confidence and certainty.

In the same way, if an intuition turns out to be “inaccurate” notice how that felt in your body, too. With time, you’ll begin to notice the distinct “signatures” of each kind of experience."

From your words above, my experience is notice how you feel in the body...

If you feel a light feeling, then its your intuition

if you feel a heavy feeliing, then its you ego mind

This has always been my true north to take, when it feels light

Thanks for sharing that, Jane. That's how I experience my intuition, too--a kind of lightest or heaviness.

I'm finding myself at the edges of the maps I've created to navigate my life up to this point. This article felt very supportive. One thing that's felt prominent for me at the moment is "the choice you don’t want to make that you know must be made" feels the same as the choice that I want to make, yet hold a lot of fear towards. After this exercise I felt the words "patience" emerge again for me. Perhaps my new maps are taking my hands of the steering wheel a little, where in the past it would be about making the decision, now, for this particular phase of my life, it feels like the allowing the decision to come through me at the moment it needs to. Thanks as always Kaiser 😊

BTW... that's amazing that you sold everything and went on an adventure to Europe. In the middle of the pandemic, sold everything and only took what we could fit in the car. We stayed in the States, but what a ride it's been. Wishing you the best on all your adventures. You'll certainly discover Who you are along the way.

What does being “stuck” mean to you?

People often say they feel “stuck”.

But what does that really mean?

I think sometimes “I’m stuck” means you don’t know what to do next.

Sometimes it means you do know—but don’t want to face it.

And sometimes, it means you see what change will cost you… and you’re not ready to pay.

Avoidance is not just about action. It’s also about avoiding clarity. Because real options often require identity-level shifts.

That’s well said, Anna. For me, being stuck usually means I’m looking to the mind to tell me what to do rather than trusting my intuition. I’m stuck in getting it right, which usually means play it it safe. I love how you peel the layers back with your observation.

This is so helpful. Thanks so much. I've listened to the podcast episode a few times and I find it to be calming and supportive and I'm filled with a sense of hope when I listen to or read this material. I'm working to strengthen my connection to my intuition and improve my ability to listen to what's happening within, and this practice is helping me to do that (a blessing after so many years of unknowingly training myself to overthink so many things).

As I've heard Dr. Joe Dispenza say, there's an infinite intelligence that guides all of us and I'm so grateful to have found this.

Thanks for all that you do!

Thank you so much for this. Your words and insight came to me now at a time I truly needed to be reminded to just breathe through all of this instead and listen again, instead of trying to figure it all out logically in my brain.

I appreciate you.

Great insight, thank you. I have found that one of the challenges is being patient as you sit with some of those questions , giving yourself enough time and space for some clarity to come regarding possible answers.
