I was happy to find Frank's talk, and couldn't keep the wisdom he shared to myself. I'm glad it was a good reminder for both of us... and especially me. : )
Hey Kevin, I listened. Wonderful! Great voice, great energy, passionate tone and living into the questions that will never go away! Keep us posted on when number three comes out! Where there is a storyteller there is a story “hearer”. I am listening. Bless you the gift of creativity as you lean into the communion of your gift. 🙏❤️
Thanks Mo. I'm feeling a new excitement for creating because of the podcast. I decided not to wait. : ) Thanks, as always, for being an encouraging voice on my journey.
Kevin, I listened to episode two of your podcast and really appreciated it. Especially the details on the miracle of existing and having absolute trust in yourself. Thanks for sharing 🙏
You're so welcome. I feel like I'm reminding myself of these truths more than I'm reminding others. I'm so glad you've gotten something from it, too. Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. It means a lot.
Kevin, great post - I love everything you wrote here, and agree 100%. I listened to the podcast trailer and I love how you specifically said "to help people answer the questions for themselves." I actually appreciate when I can find the answer myself, or am led to find the answer on my own. I don't want to be spoon fed wisdom; that is not learning for myself and taking ownership for it. Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to listening. XO
Thanks Danielle! Earned wisdom is the only kind that sticks or endures in us. I think we live in a time when many people think information is the same as true knowing. That way of thinking is "mile wide/inch deep" thinking. I'm so glad you are owning your journey for yourself. Hopefully, I can encourage you along the way.
I love Frank Ostaseski ! And I’ve listened to more than one podcast where someone is interviewing him. Such a dear dear human being. He has much to teach us all about being with the dying.
A perfect summary of how to "do" life.
Thank you for the reminders.💛

Thanks Jamie. I've been enjoying the recording process and am excited to share in a new way. I appreciate your encouragement.

That means a lot, Jamie. Thank you! Another one drops tomorrow (Wed). : )
Don’t wait is a powerful one. We all find some kind of excuse to wait doing or being! Looking forward to your new podcast.

Love these 5 invitations, KK. Brilliant. I needed the reminder today. Don't Wait! Do!
And the podcast. Great, thank you. You have a perfect voice for it, my friend.
Go well.
Thanks, Ian. I appreciate you and am glad it encouraged you. Be a doer, baby!
