Welcome to The Rewilded Soul, a weekly, Featured Substack Publication about finding and fulfilling your soul’s purpose so you can create the more joyful life, relationships, and work you desire.

I’m Kevin Kaiser.

I consider myself an explorer who, for as long as I can remember, has been obsessed with Ultimate Questions like:

  • What is my life’s purpose?

  • How can I live a happier, more meaningful life?

  • What is the nature of Reality?

All of my writing starts from a single assumption, which I share with the French paleontologist and mystic, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin:

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. Instead, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Every week, I explore how we can live from the totality of our True Self—our soul Self—while also fully enjoying our humanity, so we can:

  • Live with clarity of purpose

  • Do work that is creative and connects our gifts to the world

  • Have deeper, more meaningful relationships

  • Experience more wonder and peace

This is the essence of what I call soul rewilding.

To me, this is the only thing worth doing—learning to be our True Self—which is why I’ve devoted my life’s work to exploring it and sharing what I find.

For 25 years, I have supported people from all walks of life in realizing their creative potential—from Fortune 500 CEO’s, pro athletes, and high school geography teachers to Navy SEALs, celebrities, and everyone in between.

Essentially, I help people break the habit of being themselves—at least that conditioned, limited version we’ve all mistaken ourselves for. Along the way, we’ll explore spirituality, Self-realization, love and relationships, the nature of reality, and what it means to be fully human.

If that’s your jam, you’re in the right place.
